We are a Chesterfield based landscape maintenance company looking for exceptional team players with a stable work history.
If you have 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience, a horticulture degree, or have previously owned a lawn care or landscape business, we have an opportunity for you!
We require a proven track record of success in the following areas:
- Able to perform top quality work in a variety of landscape maintenance areas, including trimming, mulching, shovel edging, plant installation and mowing
- Basic Plant ID skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Discerning eye for quality
- Able to train and develop fellow crew members
- Problem solving skills
- Time management and follow up skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi–task
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
This position would start as a Landscape Foreman with an opportunity for rapid advancement to a Supervisor position in charge of multiple landscape maintenance crews.
