I just wanted to take a moment to compliment the efforts of Bob Gross and your professional staff in their unmatched service and kindness.

As a subdivision trustee and homeowner, I find myself faced with a variety of greenscape and landscape issues throughout the summer. Common ground movwing, brush hogging, bugs, bagworms, lawn fungus's, irrigation system issues, new plantings, old plantings, landscape design imporvements and the list goes on.

Our common ground covers a fair amount of real estate and I don't have the time to police the area on a regular basis. When I have a problem, I need a short concise answer. Often times I pick up the phone to call Bob and he is already aware of the issue and is working on the solution. His sound and knowledgeable advice has saved me a lot of time and headaches.

We would like to commend Bob Gross and his crew for the great job that they did on our recent landscaping project.

Unlike other landscapers that we have tried in the past, Bob was very responsive to our wants and needs and he always arrived promptly to our planning sessions. In addition to offereing his expert advice, he listened attentively to our goals, and was able to present a plan that we liked and that worked well in our environment. All the work was performed as promised and on schedule. Your company provides good workers, as well as good management. Bob did a very good job of overseeing all stages of the project and personally made sure that all the work being done right.

When all the work was complete, we fell that Bob and his staff delivered more than was promised. The project included new design and planting, transplanting and "clean-up" of existing plant beds, and a drainage system. Additional work was quoted at a "not to exceed" price; and when the goals were accomplished in less time that originally estimated, we were only charged for what was actually done and not the maximum quoted. We were very pleased with the competitive pricing and the conscientious follow-up once the major work was done.

We will definitely contact your company for any future landscaping needs and will be happy to recommend Bob and your company to anyone looking for beautiful landscape design and good quality service.

Dear Bob,

We just wanted to thank you for the wonderful landscaping job you did at our new house. We love it! The design is terrific, with a good varietys of plants and a nice miz of color. The view from the patio is especially pretty, and makes us feel like we are sitting in a private garden.

Perhaps most importantly, you kindly and patiently listened to our thoughts and ideas and incorporated them ino the overall plan. We may have driven you a bit crazy, but you never let it show! Instead, you made multiple visits to the house to get it done and make it perfect.

Besides the design itself, the guys planting were extremely courteous and exceptionally hard working. We appreciated how they checked in with us to make sure things were going as we had hoped. On top of all that, the guys got it all done quickly and on our schedule.

Dear Maurice,

On behalf of Boy Scouts - Troop 623 and Troop 601, we extend our deepest appreciation and thanks to DOWCO for your support in our annual Chrismass tree recycling project. In addition to helping the environement we also raised over $1,400 for the boys scouting activities.

Our project this year included thirty-siz neighborhoods within Chesterfield and Wildwood. Based upon the participation and success we had this year in each of these neighborhoods, we look to even further expand upon this event next year. But, we could only conduct this project witht eh gracious support of your company and we wanted our neighbors to know that too, so we distributed the enclosed flyer to all who participated with us this year.

Dear Prospective Customer,

The purpose of this reference letter is to tell you about my experience as a Dowco Customer. I have received fertilization and aeration services from Dowco for several years with positive results related to customer service and the condition of my lawn. Recently, I moved and have had a great experience through that process.

Early in the summer, Dowco came to our house to do a scheduled fertilization. The technician noticed the "For Sale" sign and called me on my cell phone, proactively suggesting that he suspend my services until after I move. I agreed and around the day we were actually moving in early August, Bob Gross form Dowco called me and told me he had already been to look at the lawn (sorry sight) at our new house prior even to us moving in. He already had a plan to renovate the lawn whcih we agreed to. Since then, at my request, Bob came out and did a landscaping plan which has since been completed in a quality manner on schedule, whcih is often a big challenge. The process beginning to end was approximately one month.

I am also in the sevice business and understand the importance of good service, quality, communication and value for the money spent. In my opinion, Dowco has achieved all these objectives. In fact, more often than not, they exceeded my expectations and any issues were resolved quickly and fairly. My opinion on Dowco's prices is that they are very fair and competitive in their market. The differences comes in the service, quality and other factors.

I will continue to use Dowco on a regular basis and for any future projects. I also do not hesitate to recommend them to others who need the services they offer.
